As our founder John remembers it, “When I first started my plumbing business, I was constantly buried under piles of paperwork and endless scheduling issues. It wasn’t the work itself that was the hardest part—it was managing the chaos behind the scenes. Keeping track of jobs, clients, invoices, and schedules was overwhelming, and it took valuable time away from actually serving customers.”
In 2013, Michael had a small team of 2 employees and was running his business from a single office. Like many small service business owners, he loved what he did but struggled to stay organized. “I realized there had to be a better way—something simple, something that would let me focus on the work I loved while keeping everything else under control.”
That idea became the foundation of our company. We built a platform designed to take away the frustration of running a business so owners could focus on growth, not paperwork.
